Sex With A Cougar Woman

by Linda Franklin

Sex with a cougar woman Linda Franklin The Real Cougar WomanI received the following email from a guy who was very frustrated with his cougar girlfriend.  She’s not interested in sex so he’s not the happiest cat in town.  I asked if I could share his story with you and he agreed –  so here it its.

I have been dating a 45 year old menopausal woman for the last month. She is extremely fit and health conscious. She knows that her hormonal levels are very very low, but because she hasn’t had a sexual relationship in a long time she has neglected doing anything about it.

I am a 40 year old man. I really like this woman a lot.  We have so much in common, and I would like the relationship to develop further.  Her kisses are amazing and make me melt – thats a bonus 🙂

But here’s the problem.  We have been 90% intimate on a half dozen occasions, and every time, I have found her responsiveness to be not just low, but practically a zero. I have been with two other women in their early 40’s that could climax easily multiple times, to my delight of course.

To be honest, I am quickly becoming  bored and frustrated at how bone dry and unresponsive she is. I have been able to bring her to climax orally, after 45 minutes of intense and wearisome stimulation.
What do I do? Is there a remedy? How can I broach the subject without hurting her on such a sensitive issue?
I hope I don’t sound like a jackass for having written such things…but I know that I am a good and tender lover.  Do I have to adjust my expectations when I’m with an older woman?
Thanks, K
Dear K,
If sex is that difficult I would say goodbye. That might sound harsh but if you are a man who likes sex and you are not getting it from the woman you care about – well then she’s not for you.
Menopause is no reason for a woman to let her sex life die. Today, there are bio-identical hormones, creams and many lubricants that bring back the sizzle.  I would not hesitate suggesting that she see a doctor to talk about what would work best for her.  If she wants to experience good sex, she will do whatever it takes.
If you like being with Cougar Women there is no reason to stop.  If a woman truly likes sex she is not going to let her age get in the way of her pleasure.
You are not a jackass – this is an important issue that needs to be addressed sooner than later.
Hope that helps.

Mr. Big Or Mr. Sensible – You Get To Choose

by Linda Franklin – The Real Cougar Woman

Mr. Big Mr. Big has money, ambition and good looks, but is that what Real Cougars really want?  It might be our fantasy, but as we mature we realize other qualities matter a lot more.

Researchers found that younger women are much more likely to be seduced by a high-flier but more seasoned women come to value more deep-rooted qualities like reliability, friendship, understanding and a man who loves us for who we are – warts and all.

A survey of 9,000 women aged 16 to 75 found that wealth and ambition in a man were the two favourite qualities for younger women, with half admitting they look for one who can afford to lavish them with expensive amenities.

Cougar Woman – Loving The New 65

New 65 Hillie Marshall admits that when men come into the dating agency she runs asking to meet young women, they are taken aback when she reveals her own age. Hillie is not some nubile young woman, but a 65-year-old mother-of-two from West London, who looks at least a decade younger than she really is.

‘People have a stereotyped image of what a 65-year-old mother should look like — short, greying hair, conservative clothes and a cardigan,’ she says.

‘But that’s not for me. I go shopping with my 30-year-old daughter and we often swap clothes. It’s not that I’m trying to be young; I just don’t think about getting old. I live life the way I always have.’

Cougar Woman Torn About Her Relationship

LindaFranklin01a I received this email from a reader and I wanted to share it with you.

Dear Linda,
I am 37 years old, separated with two kids, working on my PhD. I have been involved in a relationship with a guy who is 11 years younger than me and feeling totally excited but also absolutely scared.
I just found your website today and the first thing that came to my mind was "OMG, I am not alone!!!". Thank you for that.
However, my situation is a lot more complicated than a "normal" cougar.

Real Cougar Woman Faces A Crossroad – Which Way To Go?

Linda_Franklin77 Although it might seem we are always caught in the crossfire of our lives, there are certain times when we know we have arrived at a crossroad.  We stare blankly at those two roads and try to decide which path feels more like the right one.  We know that the decision we make is completely up to us, which is powerful, but at the same time pretty daunting. But, Real Cougars always take full responsibility for everything they do so we go for it.

Right now I feel that I am at another one of those inevitable crossroads in my life. If you read my book, Don't Ever Call Me Ma'am, you know I have had at least three or maybe four similar times in my life when my future hinged on a very important decision.  Looking back, I know I made the right decisions then and I hope I will make the right decision now.

In order to put the odds in my favor, I am seeking advice from what I believe to be knowledgeable professionals. I know the final decision is mine, but gathering lots of information, will hopefully give me a broader perspective. Having said that, getting advice has its own perils.  It can be helpful or it can leave your even more confused than ever.  And, then there's the problem of the ego.  For me to say I don't  know makes me feel very vulnerable.  I don't like feeling dumb. Of course, I know those feelings are merely old scratchy records being played in my head, but nevertheless, they still are really painful.

Cougar Woman’s Special Anti Aging Secret

Jackie silver 2 Our bodies are like well-oiled machines and like complex systems they need energy to run properly. Coenzyme-Q-10 (also known as ubiquinone), a vitamin-like substance, is present in most red blood cells and is responsible for the body’s own production of energy.  Discovered in 1957 scientific studies have linked it to a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and slower aging. Studies in mice show it increases their life span by 25 percent.

According to the Mayo Clinic, CoQ10 levels decrease with age and are found to be low in patients with some chronic diseases such as heart conditions, muscular dystrophies, Parkinson's disease, cancer, diabetes and HIV/AIDS. Some prescription drugs may also lower CoQ10 levels.

In the past, all CoQ10 supplements used the ingredient ubiquinone, which has to convert to another substance once it gets into your system  - ubiquinol. But there's a problem, according to board-certified anti-aging doctor Al Sears, M.D. of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
