So when I read a report that confirmed what I have always known, I smiled. It said, that men and women in their 50s rate sex more highly than those in their 30s.
Apparently, after gardening and eating out, passion is the third most popular pastime for people in their 50s. I wasn't buying the thing about gardening but I live in New York City so that's understandable. One in five of the people surveyed (18 per cent), said sex topped the list.
For men and women in their 30s, the most popular pastimes were going to the gym, eating out and watching television. Sex came tenth on the list in this age group, with only 3 per cent rating it as their favourite activity.
Sex does get better with age so don't think for a minute you are losing it after they greys start to pop out. Just take some time to stoke the fires and watch those flames of passion reignite.
